This blend is warming and has a great fall/winter feel to it. The base is a black tea, so if you watch out for caffeine go easy on this blend. For tips on how to brew the perfect cuppa tea, check out my blog.
All herbs used in this blend are organic.
What's in the blend?
China Black F.O.P. Tea Organic, Fair Trade (Camellia sinensis); orange peel (Citrus sinensis); cinnamon (Cinnamomum verum); Rainbow Peppercorn Blend, pink peppercorns (Schinus terebinthifolia); cloves (Syzygium aromaticum); all spice (Pimenta dioica); cardamom pods (Elettaria cardamomum) ; cinnamon, (Cinnamomum burmannii)
Cautions: be careful when consuming allspice before surgery or if you take blood clotting medications or have a bleeding disorder. Although the amount used in this tea is low, it's always better to err on the side of caution. Drink no more than 3 cups a day.
Contains caffeine, so avoid if pregnant or breastfeeding.
