Oils used: sweet orange (organic), cinnamon, nutmeg.

Useful for: respiratory support, helps open the airways, feeling low, helps with feelings of being overwhelmed, stimulates the mind, great during stress, and tension.

Cautions: avoid if pregnant, nursing, embryo-toxicity

Smells like: sweet, you get the smells of Christmas baking, with Christmas candy mixed in.

If ordering for the winter holidays, be sure and order by Dec. 15th!
Extra Diffuser Caution: People with breathing issues like asthma or COPD need to use caution when diffusing oils.
Good practices:
Never run a diffuser all night long, in closed spaces.
Use good ventilation, and diffuse for shorter periods of time. (30-60 mins for most blends is sufficient.)
Take breaks from the diffusing so your body can relax, prevent overexposure, and allow your body to process the oils in a healthy manner.
A diffuser break can be a few hours; 30 mins on, 30 mins off cycle; or diffusing once a day for limited time.
If you are using a cold water based diffuser, be sure and clean it well in between uses to prevent mold/mineral build up. (Distilled water is recommended by most diffuser makers.)
Always be careful diffusing around pets (especially water and food bowls). Be sure they can leave the area as needed.
Diffusing around young children: diffusing oils for babies under 6 months is not recommended. Specific oils have more age cautions than others due to their impact on breathing and respiratory issues that can result.
