What's in the blend? 
calendula, Calendula officinalis; mullein leaf & flowers, Verbascum thapsus; eucalyptus leaf, Eucalyptus globulus; elderberries, Sambucus nigra; fennel seeds, Foeniculum vulgare var. dulce
 
Directions: Use 2 teaspoons of herbs for each 10 oz cup of water. Place herb in tea infuser, pour just  boiled water in the cup and let the herbs steep (covered) 10 minutes.
Drink up to 4 cups a day.
