China Black F.O.P. Tea Organic, Fair Trade (Camellia sinensis), orange peel (Citrus sinensis), cinnamon chips (Cinnamomum verum), organic cocoa nibs (Theobroma cacao), organic star anise pods (Illicium verum), cardamon pods (Elettaria cardamomum), cloves (Syzygium aromaticum), organic nutmeg (Myristica fragrans)
Cautions: avoid if sensitive to caffeine, if diabetic, monitor closely as these herbs can lower blood sugar
