Organic Ingredients
Lemon balm (Melissa officinalis), spearmint (Mentha spicata), hibiscus (Hibiscus sabdariffa), oatstraw green tops (Avena sativa), rose petals (Rosa centifolia), chamomile (Matricaria recutita), lavender (Lavandula officinalis)
 
Naturally Occurring Constituents
This botanical blend naturally contains: flavonoids, polyphenols, antioxidants, mucilage, tannins, vitamin C, and naturally occurring minerals such as silica and magnesium.
 
How to Prepare
Use 1 tbsp of herbs per 10 oz cup. Place herbs in a tea infuser, pour freshly boiled water over them, and steep covered for 10–12 minutes. Enjoy warm or iced as part of your cooling wellness ritual.
