Green Teas have amazing properties, and Jasmine tea is no different! Did you know that all green and black teas come from the same plant, Camellia sinensis?

All herbs used in this blend are organic.

What's in the blend?

jasmine tea Camellia sinensis, jasmine flowers Jasminum odoratissimum

 

Naturally contains:  antioxidants, anti-inflammatory components, flavanoids, iron, zinc, potassium, copper, magnesium, slenium, Vitamin C, riboflavin (B2), Vitamin E, and Niacin (B3).

 

Suggested use: Drink up to 6 cups a day.  

 

Directions: Use one teaspoon of herbs for each 10 oz. cup of water. Place herbs in tea infuser, pour just boiled water that has slightly cooled (180 degrees preferred). Let the herbs steep (covered) 2 minutes*. Sweeten if desired. Enjoy hot or iced.

*DO NOT oversteep. It gets VERY bitter.

 

Caution: avoid during pregnancy or if you have any issues with caffein.
