Discover the invigorating taste of Dragonwell Organic Green Tea, also known as Longjing, meticulously chosen for its authenticity and rich heritage. Grown exclusively in the serene landscapes of Hangzhou in the Zhejiang province of China, this tea embodies centuries-old traditions.

Harvested in early April following the Qingming festival, these leaves are flattened, into spear-like leaves and then pan-fired in a hot wok to create a toasty, smooth flavor. Dragonwell delivers a fresh, delicate, and slightly nutty flavor that can be savored on its own.

Elevate your tea experience with a tradition steeped in excellence and natural goodness.

Did you know that all green and black teas come from the same plant, Camellia sinensis?

Green tea in particular is being studied for all sorts of healing benefits. For some in depth information check out this article from the Cleveland Clinic!

Naturally contains:  antioxidants, anti-inflammatory components, flavonoids, iron, zinc, potassium, copper, magnesium, selenium, Vitamin C, riboflavin (B2), Vitamin E, and Niacin (B3).

Suggested use: Drink up to 6 cups a day.  Avoid 3 hours before bedtime. Dragonwell tea contains a moderate amount of caffeine, those sensitive to it may have trouble sleeping if this tea is drank late in the day.

Directions: Use 2 teaspoons of tea for each 10 oz. cup of water. Place tea in tea infuser, pour just boiled water that has slightly cooled (180 degrees preferred). Let the tea steep (covered) 2 minutes*. Sweeten if desired. Enjoy hot or iced.

*DO NOT oversteep. It gets VERY bitter.

This is one tea that CAN be steeped twice! On the second steeping, simply pour the boiled water over the leaves, and cover. Let sit 1 minute longer than the original steep. (if you steeped the first cup 2 mins, steep the second cup 3 mins.) This second cup will taste slightly sweeter than the first cup.

Caution: avoid during pregnancy or if you have any issues with caffeine.
