What's in the blend?
fall gold ginkgo, Ginkgo biloba; calendula, Calendula officinalis; ashwagandha root, Withania somnifera; ocardamom pods, Elettaria cardamomum, Organic China Black F.O.P. tea, Camellia sinensis; cinnamon, Cinnamomum burmanii; Assam tea, Camellia sinensis; cardamom seed, Elettaria cardamomum; cloves, Syzygium aromaticum; ginger root, Zingiber officinale; black pepper, Piper nigrum
Directions: Use one-two heaping teaspoon of herbs for each 10 oz cup of water. Place herb in tea infuser, pour boiling water in the cup and let the herbs steep (covered) 3-5 minutes.
Sweeten if desired with sugar, honey, brown sugar, or stevia.
Add hot milk and make your own Chai latte! (decrease amount of water to 5 oz. Use the same amount of herbs and steep 5 mins. Then add hot 3-5 ounces milk, creamer, or non-dairy substitute. ENJOY!)
Can be enjoyed iced or hot.
