Ingredients
burdock root (Arctium lappa), lemon peel (Citrus limon), nettles (Urtica dioica), red clover flowers (Trifolium pratense), calendula (Calendula officinalis), yarrow flower (Achillea millefolium), orange extract.

Vitamins A, C, B‑complex; iron; calcium; magnesium; potassium; antioxidants; flavonoids; bitters.
 
How to Prepare
Use 1 heaping teaspoon of herbs per 8 oz cup of water. Place herbs in a tea infuser, pour boiling water over them, cover, and steep 8–10 minutes.
Enjoy hot or iced. Sip throughout the day as desired.
 
Cautions
