How to Prepare
Use 2 teaspoons of herbs per 10 oz cup of water. Place herbs in a tea infuser, pour boiling water over them, cover, and steep 10–15 minutes.
Enjoy hot or iced.
Sip throughout the day as desired.
 
Cautions
