This blend is ideal for sipping at the first sign of throat tickles, sniffles, or general “off” feelings — or simply as a warm, cozy cup during cold and flu season.
Lemon balm offers calming support and gentle immune nourishment. Chamomile brings relaxation and digestive ease. Rose petals add floral comfort and emotional softness. Lemongrass contributes bright, uplifting clarity, while thyme offers warming herbal support traditionally used during seasonal discomfort.
 
Organic Ingredients
lemon balm (Melissa officinalis), chamomile (Matricaria recutita), rose petals (Rosa centifolia), lemongrass (Cymbopogon citratus), thyme (Thymus vulgaris).
 
Naturally Occurring Constituents
Calcium, iron, chromium, potassium, selenium, flavonoids (including quercetin and myricacitrin), volatile oils, antioxidants, and soothing plant compounds.
 
Directions
Use 1 Tablespoon of herbs per 10 oz cup of water. Pour freshly boiled water over the herbs, cover, and steep for 8–10 minutes.
