When to use it: These herbs have components that are particularly helpful during cold and flu season, that support the immune system so it can recover from the impact of seasonal threats. They may also help to shorten the duration of an illness. We suggest drinking this tea at the first sign of any tickle in the throat, sniffles, or over all un-wellness, and through out the duration of illness.

All herbs used in this blend are organic.

What's in the blend?
