This is my Italian blend that I've been using for about 30 years. It started because when I make spaghetti my husband would say "Wow this is really good!" But the next time I would make it, it would still be good, but it would taste 'different'. (I don't measure anything when I cook, lol)
After hearing that a lot our first year of marriage, I decided to measure out and combine all my spices I was using for my meat sauce so it would be 'as delicious' every time. lol
That is one of the great things about using spice blends. Once you get a handle on how much you like, it's easy to make it 'taste delicious' EVERY time!
 
All herbs and spices we use are organic, and salt free.
 
What's in the blend?
garlic powder, onion powder, parsley, basil, thyme, oregeno, minced onions (dried), marjoram, rosemary (pulsed very fine), paprika, sage, white pepper
