Ingredients: Organic carrier oil: organic lemon balm–infused oil Essential oils: lemon, eucalyptus, rosemary, tea tree, basil, and camphor
 
Directions: Apply to chest, neck, and/or back every 20 minutes for the first hour. Then reapply every few hours or as needed until symptoms ease.
 
Cautions: Age restriction: Do not use on children under 10 due to naturally potent camphor and 1,8‑cineole content. Sun sensitivity: Contains lemon essential oil. Avoid direct sunlight or UV exposure on the application area for up to 12 hours after use.
