Organic Ingredients
nettles (Urtica dioica), raspberry leaf (Rubus idaeus), red clover flowers (Trifolium pratense), peppermint (Mentha piperita), lemon balm (Melissa officinalis), rose petals (Rosa centifolia), milk thistle seed (Silybum marianum).
 
Naturally Occurring Constituents
Vitamins B, E, K, C, and B‑complex; calcium; iron citrate; magnesium; manganese; potassium; selenium; coumarins.
 
How to Prepare
Use 1–2 teaspoons of herbs per 10 oz cup of water. Place herbs in a tea infuser, pour boiling water over them, cover, and steep 8–10 minutes.
Enjoy hot or iced. Sip throughout the day as desired.
 
Cautions
Contains lemon balm, nettle, raspberry leaf, rose, red clover, and peppermint. Avoid during pregnancy. Discontinue one week before surgery. Avoid with hypothyroid conditions. For full details, please review the Cautions Page.
