Suggested Use: Shake Well
Take 3-10 drops under the tongue, or in a glass of water (or tea). Slowly swallow while listening to your favorite song. After drinking, take several slow, deep breaths in and out to help release tension.

Glycerites are herbal extracts that do not use alcohol. Ours are made from certified organic, USP food grade, gluten free, certified kosher, vegan/vegetarian, non palm, vegetable glycerine.
They taste somewhat sweet, but are very low on the glycemic index (close to zero), and are generally safe for diabetics because it does not cause a spike or significant rise in blood sugar levels.
