A Bright, Metabolism‑Supporting Oolong Blend
Weight loss is a continuous journey for many of us. While no tea blend is a magic elixir, certain botanicals can gently support your efforts by offering antioxidants, polyphenols, minerals, and vitamins — helping encourage metabolism, ease cravings, and provide a nourishing alternative when you’re tempted to reach for a cookie or donut.
This oolong blend was created with that intention in mind.
Oolong tea, with its natural combination of caffeine and polyphenols, is traditionally used to support metabolism, reduce cravings, and help limit fat absorption. (One cup contains about half the caffeine of black coffee.) Lemongrass, lemon peel, and lemon verbena add a bright, lemony flavor without sourness, while boosting the vitamin and mineral content of the blend.

Antioxidants, polyphenols, manganese, potassium, calcium, magnesium, iron, flavonoids, selenium, vitamins A, B1, B5, B6, C, E, and K.
 
Ingredients
Crafted from organic Da Hong Pao Oolong O.P. tea (Camellia sinensis), lemongrass (Cymbopogon citratus), lemon peel (Citrus limon), and lemon verbena (Aloysia triphylla) — a bright, citrus‑forward blend traditionally used to support metabolism and daily wellness.
 
Directions
Use 1 tablespoon of herbs per 10 oz cup of water. Place herbs in a tea infuser, pour freshly boiled water over them, cover, and steep for 10 minutes.
Drink up to 2 cups a day, preferably 30 minutes before a meal. Do not add sweetener — it defeats the purpose of a weight‑support blend.
 
Caution
Contains caffeine. Avoid if pregnant or nursing. Do not drink late in the day.
