Weight loss is a continuous battle for many of us. Please know that there is no tea blend (that I'm aware of) that is a magic weight loss elixir, but there are plenty that can help support your efforts by adding antioxidants, polyphenols, minerals, and vitamins; giving support to your metabolism, and helping to ease cravings. (reach for a cup of tea, instead of that cookie or donut!). This oolong tea blend was created with this in mind.
Oolong tea, with its combination of caffeine and polyphenols is terrific for boosting your metabolism, may reduce cravings, and fat absorption. (One cup has about half the amount of caffeine as black coffee.) Lemongrass, lemon peel and lemon verbena combine to add a lovely lemony flavor, without being sour. These herbs also boost the Vitamin and mineral content of this blend, and support weight loss in a variety of ways. Monitor blood pressure regularly.
As always if you are under a doctors care, be sure and consult with them before adding holistic therapies to your diet.
