Flavor: Linden flowers create a smooth, honey‑soft base, beautifully paired with the mellow citrus‑herbal character of lemon balm. Rose petals add a delicate floral sweetness, balanced by the subtle brightness of orange peel.

Linden flowers (Tilia europaea), rose petals (Rosa centifolia), orange peel (Citrus sinensis), lemon balm (Melissa officinalis)

Vitamins A, B‑complex, C, E, and K; magnesium, potassium, calcium, iron, zinc, manganese, copper, selenium, phosphorus, antioxidants, flavonoids, and tannins.
 
How to Prepare
Steep 2 teaspoons of herbs in 4–8 oz of just‑boiled water, covered, 3–5 minutes.
Enjoy about 30–60 minutes before bedtime. Rest well!
