What's in the blend?
linden flowers, Tilia europaea; rose petals, Rosa centifolia; orange peel, Citrus sinensis; lemon balm, Melissa officinalis; mistletoe herb, Viscum album
 
CAUTIONS: do not drive or operate heavy equipment when drinking this tea, as it promotes a deep relaxed state of mind. Generally safe for most; avoid if pregnant; if you are taking blood pressure meds, be sure and monitor closely as this blend may impact your numbers. If you have thyroid issues, large doses may impact your medications. 
 
Directions: Place 1/2-1 tsps of herbal blend into a tea infuser. Pour 4 or 8 oz of just boiled water over the herbs, and let steep, covered, 5-10 minutes.
Suggested use: drink 4 to 8 ounces about an hour before bedtime 
Sweeten if desired.
