Naturally Occurring Constituents
This botanical blend naturally contains: vitamins A, C, K, and B‑complex vitamins; essential minerals including iron, calcium, potassium, silica, magnesium, zinc, and manganese; flavonoids, polyphenols, phenolic acids, tannins, carotenoids, procyanidins, anthocyanins, plant sterols, saponins, coumarins, antioxidants, mucilage, inulin, amino acids, and gentle aromatic volatile compounds.
 
How to Prepare
Use 1 Tablespoon of herbs per 10 oz cup. Place herbs in a tea infuser, pour freshly boiled water over them, and steep covered for 5-7 minutes. For a more robust flavor, steep up to 10 minutes.
