Naturally Occurring Constituents
This botanical blend naturally contains: vitamins A, C, K, and B‑complex vitamins; essential minerals including iron, calcium, potassium, silica, magnesium, zinc, and manganese; flavonoids, polyphenols, phenolic acids, tannins, carotenoids, procyanidins, anthocyanins, plant sterols, saponins, coumarins, antioxidants, mucilage, inulin, amino acids, and gentle aromatic volatile compounds.
 
How to Prepare
Use 1 tbsp of herbs per 10 oz cup. Place herbs in a tea infuser, pour freshly boiled water over them, and steep covered for 6–10 minutes. Enjoy warm as part of your grounding wellness ritual.
