Directions
Use 2 teaspoons of herbs per 10 oz cup of water. Heat water to 190–200°F, pour over the herbs, cover, and steep for 7–10 minutes.
Enjoy freely throughout the day. Naturally caffeine‑free. Delicious hot or iced.
