What's in the blend?

nettles, Urtica dioica; chamomile, Matricaria recutita; lavender, Lavandula officinalis, lemon balm, Melissa officinalis

 

Naturally contains: Vitamins A, C, E, and K, riboflavin, thiamine, calcium, chromium, magnesium, manganese, phosphorus, potassium, silica, iron, and zinc, protein, serotonin, supports the adrenals and kidneys. Coumarins, flavonoids, glycosides, tannins.

 

Suggested use: drink one cup about 20-30 mins before bed.

 

Directions: Place 1 tsp of herbal blend into a tea diffuser, per 8 oz cup. Pour boiled water over the herbs, and let steep, covered, 5-8 minutes. (Depending on your desired flavor. Start at 5, increase if not strong enough. But don't go past 8 mins, or it may get bitter.)

Caution: do NOT drink this blend and drive. May cause drowsiness. If you are diabetic monitor your numbers closely, as nettle leaf may modify glucose levels.
