I grew up eating brotchen for breakfast, and many times that also meant fresh tomatoes on my sandwich. I LOVE garlic and onion powder on my tomatoes. This prompted me to create this blend with any kind of sandwich in mind.

We've come to love putting this blend on all sorts of stuff, from pasta, to sauces, to stewed meats.

This is a great blend for adding your preferred amount of salt, then taking along wherever you go. One shaker flavors them all!
