I grew up eating brotchen for breakfast, and many times that also meant fresh tomatos on my sandwich. I LOVE garlic and onion powder on my tomatoes. This prompted me to create this blend with any kind of sandwich in mind. We've come to love putting this blend on all sorts of stuff, from pasta, to sauces, to stewed meats. I add about 1.5 tsp of sea salt to my jar to make this a 'one stop seasoning'.
All herbs and spices we use are organic, and salt free.
