Organic Ingredients
Holy basil (Ocimum tenuiflorum, RAMA), nettles (Urtica dioica), chamomile (Matricaria recutita), mullein flowers (Verbascum thapsus), lemon balm (Melissa officinalis), plantain (Plantago major), mullein leaf (Verbascum thapsus), ginger root (Zingiber officinale), eucalyptus leaf (Eucalyptus globulus), bay leaf (Laurus nobilis).
 
Directions
Use 2 teaspoons per 10 oz cup. Place herbs in an infuser, pour boiling water over them, cover, and steep 7-10 minutes.
Sweeten if desired. Add honey for a soothing throat touch.
