Mullein leaf & flower (Verbascum thapsus), nettles (Urtica dioica), chamomile (Matricaria recutita), lemon balm (Melissa officinalis), plantain (Plantago spp.), eucalyptus leaf (Eucalyptus globulus), ginger root (Zingiber officinale), bay leaf (Laurus nobilis), holy basil (Ocimum tenuiflorum).
 
Directions
Use 1 Tablespoon per 10 oz cup. Place herbs in an infuser, pour boiling water over them, cover, and steep 5-7 minutes.
Sweeten if desired. Delicious hot or iced. Add honey for a soothing throat touch.
