Organic Ingredients
lemon balm (Melissa officinalis), hibiscus (Hibiscus sabdariffa), lemon peel (Citrus limon), linden flowers & leaves (Tilia europaea), heather flowers (Calluna vulgaris).
 
Directions
Use 1 tablespoon of herbs per 10 oz cup of water. Place herbs in a tea infuser, pour freshly boiled water over them, cover, and steep for 5-7 minutes.
Naturally caffeine‑free. Delicious hot or iced.
