All herbs used in this blend are organic.
What's in the blend?  
 stinging nettles (Urtica dioica), fenugreek
(Trigonella foenum-graecum L.), ashchwandganda
(Withania somnifera (L.) Dunal), orange peel (Citrus 
sinensis), peppermint (Mentha piperita), white peony tea
(Camellia sinensis) 
Useful: These herbs support blood pressure, circulation,
supports the immune system; energizing and uplifting. Helpls focus the mind for clear thinking, focus and alertness
Suggested use: Use one heaping teaspoon of herbs for each 8 oz cup of water. Place herb in tea infuser, pour boiling water in the cup and let the herbs steep (covered) 3-4 minutes. Sweeten if desired. Can be drank iced.
Caution: use caution if you are pregnant or nursing, as too much caffeine can cause issues; avoid peppermint if you suffer from heart palpitations it might make them worse; it may also cause heartburn in some sensitive individuals
