Organic Ingredients
Chunmee green tea (Camellia sinensis), nettles (Urtica dioica), orange peel (Citrus sinensis), fenugreek (Trigonella foenum‑graecum), ashwagandha root (Withania somnifera), peppermint (Mentha piperita).
 
Directions
Use 1 heaping teaspoon of herbs per 8 oz cup of water. Heat water to 175–185°F, pour over the herbs, cover, and steep for 3–4 minutes.
Sweeten if desired. Enjoy hot or iced. Contains low caffeine.
Suggested use: Sip as desired for a gentle afternoon lift or daily wellness support.
