What's in the blend?
holy basil, RAMA, Ocimum tenuiflorum/Ocimum sanctum; holy basil, VANA, Ocimum gratissimum; peppermint leaves, Mentha piperita; cinnamon, Cinnamomum burmanii; cardamom pods, Elettaria cardamomum; rose petals, Rosa centifolia
 
Naturally contains: 
Suggested use: you can drink up to 4 cups a day
 
Directions: Place 2 tsps of herbal blend into a tea infuser. Pour 10 oz of just boiled water over the herbs, and let steep, covered, 8-10 minutes.
Sweeten if desired. 
 
Caution: may modify glucose regulation (check your numbers regularly). 
If you are breastfeeding, go easy on peppermint, as large doses can dry up breast milk, and some sensitive people can get heartburn from too much peppermint.
