Organic Ingredients
honeybush (Cyclopia spp.), cinnamon (Cinnamomum verum), cocoa nibs (Theobroma cacao), orange peel (Citrus sinensis), ginger root (Zingiber officinale), fenugreek (Trigonella foenum‑graecum), holy basil (Ocimum tenuiflorum), blackberry leaf (Rubus fruticosus), anise star (Illicium verum), and barberry root (Berberis vulgaris) — a warm, chai‑forward blend traditionally used to support metabolism, digestion, and daily wellness.
 
Directions Use 1 tablespoon of herbs per 10 oz cup of water. Place herbs in a tea infuser, pour freshly boiled water over them, cover, and steep for 10 minutes.
Enjoy up to 2 cups a day. This blend may be sipped any time cravings feel loud, energy dips, or you want a warm, comforting alternative to sugary snacks. It can also be enjoyed 30 minutes before meals if you prefer a more structured routine.
