Organic ingredients
Marshmallow root (Althaea officinalis); lemon balm (Melissa officinalis); elder flowers (Sambucus nigra); lavender (Lavandula angustifolia); cocoa butter pieces (Theobroma cacao); vanilla bean (Vanilla planifolia).
 
Directions
Use 1 tablespoon of herbs per 10 oz cup of water. Pour just‑boiled water over the blend, cover, and steep 10–15 minutes.
Sweeten if desired. Makes a lovely tea latte.
