Autumn Vibes Are Here!
Guess what? The sizzling summer days are waving goodbye, and that can only mean one thing: it’s PUMPKIN SEASON! 🎃 To celebrate the arrival of those cozy fall vibes, I’ve whipped up three exciting new fun fall spice blends that are sure to brighten up your autumn cooking!
Spice Blends* to Fall For
Prairie Dust: A chili seasoning that is MILD in spice, but full of flavor ! 🌶️
Poultry Seasoning: This blend is perfect for all your poultry needs—think Thanksgiving turkey, roasted chicken, and flavorful casseroles! 🐔
Pumpkin Pie Spice: My absolute favorite! This blend will make your desserts sing with the flavors of fall. 🍰
As I’m typing this, I can’t help but chuckle at how I might need to channel my inner creative genius for naming these blends (I think I used it all up creating the blends themselves, and the pretty artwork for my recipe cards) 😅. Who knew spices could be so much fun? Let’s get cooking and make this pumpkin season the tastiest one yet! 🍂✨
To start us off, here are 2 simple recipe cards using Pumpkin Pie Spice. Made with the kinds of cinnamon, nutmeg, ginger, allspice, and a HINT of clove this blend is high in antioxidants, and anti-inflammatory properties.
A few health notes about this fun fall spice blend:
Science tells us that cinnamon may help regulate blood sugar levels, lower cholesterol, and is high in polyphenols.
Nutmeg aids in digestion, helps lower anxiety and can help lower blood pressure.
Ginger is a warming spice, which promotes good circulation, and ginger is a regular 'go to' spice for soothing stomach upset.
Allspice is high in antioxidants, and contains potassium, iron and vitamin C. Another spice that helps soothe the stomach, it's also high in anti-inflammatory compounds that may help arthritis improve.
Clove is another spice rich in antioxidants, may help arthritis improve, is great for oral health, and guess what? It ALSO supports digestion and may help to lower blood sugar levels. Cloves are a good source of Vitamin K, manganese and calcium.
This spice blend is like a superhero for your food and drinks—saving bland meals one sprinkle at a time! Start sprinkling today, and your entire body will thank you while your taste buds are busy throwing a party in your mouth!

Tune in next time, when I go into a deep dive on the poultry blend and our new chili blend.
